22nd Century Management provides management and service-management training for the office equipment and related industries, including live and on-demand courses and related materials. We may update, change, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time.

Our live courses are offered through the Business Technology Association (BTA) and, in some cases, other platforms. Registration, payment, cancellations, and refunds for those courses are handled by the applicable provider and subject to their terms in addition to these. Prices shown on this site are current at the time of posting and may change without notice; the price and terms presented at the point of registration control.
Intellectual property
All content on this site and in our courses — including text, course materials, curricula, videos, graphics, and the 22nd Century Management name and logo — is owned by 22nd Century Management or its licensors and is protected by law.
